My Yoga Practice Lately
Good morning!
With my successful Cherry Blossom 10-Miler behind me, I’m now focusing more on my ongoing yoga practice. I am still running 1-2 times a week, but my new workout goal is to be more proactive and consistent with my yoga practice. For me, this means going to yoga 3 times a week.
