On Tuesday night my 14th Street gals (minus Miki 🙁 ) and I dined at Sotto for the very first time.
The entrance to the restaurant reminded me of a club entrance, which makes a lot of sense since it is self- described as a speakeasy that has live jazz, blues and neo-soul music. Sotto sits atop Ghibellina (very apropos as “sotto” means “below” in Italian) and is neatly tucked in between Rice and Pearl Dive Oyster Place.
