Happy Tuesday folks! As I type I am in bed, sipping coffee, and have a 55-pound pittie pup smushed right up against me. 🙂 Let’s dive into our weekly Tidbits shall we?! [Read more…]

Hello and happy Monday evening!
I hope all the dads out there had a good Father’s Day weekend. My little family and I spent some much needed family time together on Sunday and then Ava and I treated Tommy to dinner at his favorite restaurant, Buffalo Wild Wings. (He’s hard to please. ;-)) [Read more…]
Date Day – Let’s Play Ball!
After skipping our official “date nights” in February and March, Tommy and I had a great date day on Sunday.
It was the Washington Nationals Opening Weekend and I secured tickets for us to watch the Nats take on the Atlanta Braves! [Read more…]
Tuesday Tidbits – 36
1) I enjoyed a delicious Paul breakfast while reading the latest issue of Time magazine on Saturday afternoon. This was post a Vinyasa class and pre-massage. 🙂 [Read more…]

I finally went here!
My friend Jessica and I met up for brunch at this locale before heading across the street to Nats ballpark to watch them take on the Atlanta Braves on Sunday. Sadly, the Nationals did not win. First Nationals Game of the Season!

Tuesday Tidbits – 15
1. On Friday night my friend Lara and I went to see Good People at Arena Stage. We both really liked it a lot. I thought it was very funny and very witty. According to the website the play runs 2 hours and 10 minutes, but honestly it seemed over in a heartbeat. The play’s timing was so quick and precise I was able to stay engaged the entire time. I thought the woman who played the main character, Margie, was phenomenal. Lara and I both would definitely recommend seeing this.
2. I had been wanting to try Spring Mill Bread Co. on 8th Street/Barracks Row ever since my friend Max told me he bought a loaf of bread there specifically to make french toast one weekend morning and it was superb. I got my chance on Saturday because I was meeting a friend for coffee so I bought of loaf of their Cinnamon Swirl bread. I made french toast the very next morning after my 6 mile run and it was divine! [Read more…]
