I follow a blog, Cupcakes and Cashmere, and I found this past Tuesday’s post very interesting and timely to my life as well! The blogger, Emily, compared her current pregnancy to a few old wives’ tales regarding pregnancy to see how they stacked up with her experience being pregnant. Wikiepdia says old wives’ tales are an epithet used to indicate that a supposed truth is actually a superstition or something untrue, to be ridiculed.

Hello and Happy Friday!
One of the many things I am doing in preparation for Ava’s April arrival (how is that for alliteration!) is gradually and regularly updating our registry for her. I am not shy about admitting how overwhelming I found the process of putting together a registry together, but luckily I had so many kind and generous friends share their personal reviews of various products and offer their suggested lists of “must need” baby items.
