Big thanks to my mom for baby-sitting Ava last night so Tommy and I could go to dinner just the two of us to catch up and relax! A night out with each other was just what the doctor ordered with all of my travel this past year, our work schedules, and our little family finally (still!) working on becoming 100% healthy again. While Tommy studied for a certification for work, Ava, my mom, and I had a busy day together on Saturday (which you’ll hear about tomorrow). Hope everyone had a wonderful week and has some fun weekend plans ahead. We have a couple gatherings/play dates scheduled along with some regular weekend agenda items – music class and errand-running.
Tommy and I had another (finally) date night!
We went to see Chris Cornell at the Strathmore. We had only been to the Strathmore one other time, but had loved it. The venue is just so cool and it’s also nice to do something out of the ordinary once in awhile – something being attending a musical performance of some kind, for us. [Read more…]
