I am pleased to say that Tommy and I are probably 90% moved in to our new home. I still have 5-6 boxes I need to go through in the guest room and we still have a few shelves, pictures, and paintings to hang up on the walls, but it’s slowly coming together! (Of course this doesn’t count normal house projects that especially seem to come up when you purchase a home – building shelves in a hallway closet, putting up a fence in the backyard, putting some wallpaper in certain rooms, but you know, baby steps!)

Last Saturday I was treated to a private tour of Earth Fare, an organic and natural healthy supermarket that was founded in Asheville, North Carolina. Since Asheville’s first store opening in 1975, Earth Fare has grown to 45 stores across 10 states in the Southeast, mid-Atlantic, and Midwest.
