We had some VIPs visit us this weekend. My good friend Tiffany and one of her sons, Cole, visited us from Greenwich!
I must say considering we only had one full day with them (they arrived in the afternoon on Saturday and left Monday morning) and we were dealing with three kiddos 5 and under, we did a lot this past weekend. It was so much fun and definitely needed. 🙂
Here are some photos if you want to see.
Throughout the course of COVID, Tiffany had been hearing about our regular jaunts to the Alexandria Waterfront via scooters to feed the ducks and fish, play by the water, and get smoothies and/or food. I thought it only fitting for us to spend the rest of Saturday afternoon and evening doing just thought with them!

We had a delicious dinner at Mia’s Italian Kitchen, followed by some ice cream from Pop’s, naturally.

On Sunday morning we headed to the Air and Space Museum (Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center), which was a huge hit all around.

The rest of the afternoon was spent picking up lunch from Virtue Feed & Grain, some nap time/quiet time, some park time, and then a cookout!
Tiff – you and Colely are welcome back anytime! (As our Chris and Ellis).
