Happy Hump Day everyone!
Today is a special day for Bee in DC – the blog is 5 years old today. I honestly can’t believe I’ve had this little labor of love for 5 years already! Where has the time gone?!
In honor of this birthday, I thought I’d share some overdue photos from my trip to Switzerland last month. This particular trip was special to me for so many reasons – having my parents (including my dad’s new family) under one roof together was something I thought I’d never see, having Ava be able to spend so much time with her grandparents together, and being able to celebrate my mom’s amazing accomplishment (health wise, mentally, and emotionally) of going on this international trip. And, with her passing earlier this month, now looking back on these photos and memories with so much love, pride, and yes pain, at times. Here are a collection of photos if you’d like to see.
