Happy Christmas Eve EVE ya’ll!!! I honestly can’t believe Christmas is this weekend. I got myself into some Christmas spirit this morning before work – I wrapped some presents in our attic. 🙂
My mom and I have been going back and forth for the past few days trying to decide all the delicious food we plan on making (and eating!) this weekend, so I thought I’d share our choices with you. Many thanks to Food & Wine for all the inspiration!
Christmas Eve Dinner
- Leg of Lamb
- Mixed salad
- Pumpkin Soup with Trumpet Mushrooms and Sour Cream
Christmas Morning Breakfast
- Sesame Bagel Breakfast Casserole
- Rib Eye Roast with Black Garlic-Red Wine Gravy
- Root Vegetarian Gratin
- Fennel Cucumber Vinaigrette Salad
- Mac and Cheese
- Pecan and Cranberry pie
These are the set menu items, but I’m sure there will be others!
