Even though I didn’t spend too much time in Greenwich last weekend I did get to experience a little of the “Greenwich dining” scene if you will!
On Friday night Tiffany took Christina and me to downtown Greenwich for dinner. The downtown area was super darling (lots of great shopping and eating options, casual and more formal places). We didn’t have any time to explore the downtown area so that is something I’d definitely like to do the next time I come here. Tiffany suggested we eat at Harvest Wine Bar and Restaurant, a place on Greenwich Ave which was just the perfect place for a gals meal.
Always in the mood for a cocktail, yours truly ordered their Moscow Mule. 🙂
For my starter I ordered the Crispy Artichoke Salad.
Christina and I also decided to share the Butternut Squash Ravioli since I am never one to turn down pasta. (Unfortunately we gobbled it up before I could take a picture). We are still thinking about the delectable sauce on this dish. So creamy and yummy.
We left Harvest stuffed and content – couldn’t ask for anything more!
The next morning after Christina and I got back from our morning run we were in the mood for something to eat. While we didn’t necessarily need a full-fledged sitdown breakfast, we needed something to refuel on after our run and to energize us to start getting ready for the shower. Tiffany came through for us again!
How adorable is this juice and smoothie place, Green and Tonic?
Tiffany lives in Cos Cob, a part of Greenwich, and this place was just down the rode from her house.
We each ordered something off the menu that spoke to us.
We all loved the ambiance of this cute little shop – very open, airy, and bright.
I was sad Tommy didn’t get to come here – he would have loved it!
The rest of my Greenwich eating experience was courtesy of Plum Pure Catering – there were sooo many leftovers after the shower!!!
Tommy, Ava, and I are planning on visiting Tiffany, Chris, and Baby Orcutt in September. I can’t wait to come back again!
Hope you have a great weekend.
